What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns on perishable, custom, sale items, or gift cards. Please verify all items at pickup. Once collected, responsibility for transport and handling lies with the customer. For more information, please consult the detailed return policy page here.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as preparation may already be underway. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on food items.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
